Update 10 – Completion of End User Training

Proper user and technical training can help the KUL A-CDM implementation, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency from the start. The months of September and October 2023 saw the End User Training for KUL A-CDM taking place in the operations offices of the stakeholders.

Prior to the End User Training, the Change Agents and Trainers from each stakeholder have been hard at work preparing themselves and the course materials since attending the Train-the-Trainer programme in July and August 2023.

The purpose of the End User Training is to enable the end users to operate the KUL A-CDM Process and use the A-CDM Information Portal, AOE Mobile and Native App for their specific operational needs.

Topics covered in the End User Training include the following:

  1. Introduction
  2. A-CDM 101
  3. KUL A-CDM Process & System (ACIP)

As the airport operator, Malaysia Airports personnel who participated in the End User Training were trained on all aspects, including AOS, AOE Mobile and KUL A-CDM Native App.

For airlines and ground handling stakeholders, the training revolves around the TOBT Responsible person. Hence, the training covered only AOE Mobile and KUL A-CDM Native App.

Finally for Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM), the End User Training focuses on AOE Mobile only.

The End User Training for System Operation and Support has been conducted earlier for Malaysia Airports’ IT Division in conjunction with the Train the Trainer programme back in July and August.

With the completion of the End User Training, all stakeholders are fully prepared for the upcoming Operational Trial.
