Thank you for your continued commitment, support, and participation in the KUL A-CDM implementation project. As you may be aware, the KUL A-CDM Concept of Operations has been finalised during the Steering Committee #6 Meeting. We are now moving into the Operational Trial phase which is scheduled to begin in September 2023.
Prior to the Operation Trial Run, it is crucial that all stakeholders and operational staff involved in the aircraft turnaround process are well-trained and ready. Therefore, it is important for our Change Agents to be equipped with the capability to conduct and organize training to their end users.
A series of training sessions are planned to help achieve maximum preparedness to the Change Agents of all stakeholders. The programme and objectives are as below:
Train the Trainer (TTT): To enable the Change Agents of respective organisations to independently train the end users on the KUL A-CDM process and use of ACIP for their special operation needs. The Train the Trainer (TTT) course is divided into three parts and the duration varies based on courses covered.
- Train the Trainer Part 1 will be on the Basics of A-CDM and ConOps Theoretical Training.
- Train the Trainer Part 2 will be on the ConOps Theoretical Training recap and ACIP practical training.
- Train the Trainer Part 3 will be on Practice for theoretical and practical training content.
The upcoming Train the Trainer will be conducted in July and August 2023. Due to the nature of work of airport operations staff, please note that the training is split into 2 sessions. The details of the first session are as per below:

Note: It is compulsory for Change Agents to attend all three parts in sequence. For Part 2 and 3, participants are expected to come prepared with their own Laptop and Mobile Devices (iOS and/or Android). Certificates will be issued to Change Agents who have successfully completed the training.
